We encourage customers to take advantage of our exchange policy to find an item they’ll love. However, we do offer a 14-day window for refunds on all purchases throughout the site (15% restocking fee does apply).

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items that appear worn, damaged, or altered cannot be accepted.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we’ll work with you to find an alternative solution.

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@yaminismenswear.com within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you’d like to exchange, and why. Let us know if it is a sizing or color issue, or something else.
  3. Once approved, you will receive email correspondence and instructions on how to return the original item for your exchange.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We’ll cover the shipping cost for sending your replacement item.
